There’s definitely a really odd feeling looking at ruins as they’re being built. You’re right though, these data centers will be ruins. A when not an if. Just like factories now empty in Lowell Massachusetts, the fields laying fallow in the Midwest and the railroad tracks that haven’t seen a train in decades. These ruins will also create virtual ruins in the internet, coded roads to nowhere in addition to real ones. What a time to be alive!
